RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- No Refund given for online purchases: EXCHANGE ONLY
- Contact DeCeBoutique by email email@example.com for return form.
- Exchange granted for smaller or larger size of same item purchased.
- Cannot be exchanged for different style/garment/item.
- Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for item exchanged by mail.
- Exchange only granted when return postmark is no more then 7 calendar days after the package was delivered.
- Merchandise must be with original tags, unworn, unwashed, and without damage.
- When the return item for exchange is received, the new sized item will be shipped.
- Notifications must be made within 2 days after the delivery of your package if there are any manufacturer defects and/or item received broken. If notification is made pass this time exchange requests will be denied.
- Our in-house quality control team ensures all items are in great quality without damage before shipment and photographic records are made before shipment to eliminate any discrepancies.
- Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect or believe that is defective, incorrect, or believe that you are missing an item: please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery.
- Include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number to ensure speedy resolution.
- DeCeboutique is not liable for return packages by customer that are lost or stolen in transit. Keep proof of your return label for you will have to discuss the lost items with the carrier chosen.
